TigerM - TigerMvintage - [Cassette] what is The Starting Line & Spider7/
“While working as a caretaker at MGCM, for his stepbrother's Music Conservatory,
Tiger was introduced to the Roland Boss DR-5 Rhythm Section.
Using the MIDI instruments on Roland's DR-5, in a single month,
Tiger would produce over 250 unique arrangements.” [some call them "beats!" ^^]
This is me at 16 producing audio recordings for the first time into a dual Cassette Tape Deck
and my first time composing on record media of any kind excluding beyond recitals held at the Music Conservatory which were vide-camera VHS tape recordings of piano, wood-wind, horn, string and drum instrument performances recorded as Music Conservatory musicians would perform one aft the other to showcase specializing in an instrument (wiki or Google “recital” if-so desired).
This is not me on any piano string or drums though =3
“Making beats…?”
(I did not ever like to call them that at 16—but…)

Spider7
Instrumental House-style but done hip-hop/beat old-skool style.
FIRST Roland Boss DR-5 [analog] Rhythm Section recording I did at the age of 16 =)
[Twice that now (32) ]
Happy New Year! =D
Please enjoy ^_^
Sincerely,

-*Decision and Sixteen Years of Study, Production, Composing and Independence*- [(Balance)]
I decided when I learned about “Music Libraries” that was not the path for my music (any of it. =b)
In the year 2016 plus one (2017) services like SoundCloud, Newgrounds and Freesound honestly replace (in my humble opinion) the “lump sum” some collectors of collections of music (independent especially) in the corporate world (mostly “traditional” production and “industrial hardware” [like elevators =b] companies) are willing. The “lump sum” is not like the ASCAP “Blanket License” but long story told—
I did not share my music with people who wanted to buy it for some reason…
[even on the individual level.]
I compose for the music for the sake of itself and honest outlet of passion while performing/recording.
Analog and piano music I wanted to do for life and at 16 I began sharing recorded music in addition to piano and drum performances at recitals my family would have at different locations (beyond the Conservatory like the “Civic Center” at “Cultural Events” and students’ parent’s “Shrines” [Churches, Synagogues, Temples, etc.]) and instead of requesting money-- I’D GET cassettes to GIVE with my resources for comments. Expense to me was not repelling because the comments (face-to-face after I’d give my “beats” then see them again) from people who would usually explain “My favorite one is…”
^_^ I was happy “hearing back” and no amount of money [literally] was motivating me: I was working already (with dad and my biological brother) and after buying CDs and gasoline -- I was happy giving.
[To stores and curious-and-eager-“I-want-to-hear-your-music” people =3]
Some people would comment “Man… you should tell people to buy your music …”
I continued to give my music away. (because I CRAVED the money they did not spend. =3 As in “They’re Free?” was my motivation =) The music was not placed online because I did not know how nor where to upload it at 16 in the year 2000. Only play and download games for my brothers over dial-up modem! XD
Locally and in the year people were proud “Y2K” did not end all computers (huh? oO)-- face-to-face I got used to eventually—initially though-- writing (A LOT) in my notepads with pen and ink (thoughts and poetry when idle) is what I liked [and once did but typing is faster!] (and more ‘professional’ for some).
Clepting one class (because mom taught typing--) I can type 105 Words Per Minute No errors! =3 =^^=
Anyway, I shared the way I did on tapes because “digital music singles” (“WAV” and “mp3 files” alone) were not respected like recorded media on Tapes and CDs in the Entertainment Industry or most people and my family and their friends didn’t use Twitter or Facebook --
…because they didn’t exist.
Anyway! Certainly hope You enjoy my TigerMVintage Music all done on the Roland Boss DR-5 direct-to-Cassette and later (in 2004 and 2005) placed into a Digital Audio Workstation recording each tape played as a full “Side A” then “Side B” “Studio Session” which I conducted on computer in my parents’ home after learning which PC programs to get, purchase and use (including a DR-5 MIDI GUI program). One program (Audacity) I learned to LOVE – it is “freeware” -- and with it I separated render-by-render “60 to 90 minute” “Recording Sessions” (hour and a half long WAV Files… (.() and set track song by song.
The first one of them is up which is the first organized DR-5 recording I did and was the first placed onto Cassette
“TigerM - TigerMVintage – Spider7” and I certainly hope You enjoy! =)
